You're missing the big picture here. That is quite incorrect. The 60s and it's "space race" funded by the American taxpayer is responsible for our miniature electronic worldwide connected existence. When you're paying $1 million an ounce to go somewhere, you make it tiny and light. The injustice of the dynamic is only 50 or so people are monetizing the technology funded by the American taxpayers.
