Did you start praying at the charity stripe before or after launching a free throw over the backboard and hitting the bingo scoreboard at Christ the King? That felt like a “Come to Jesus” moment for most who witnessed it.

It was definitely after. Through the power of Jesus, I knew I had the strength to shoot a foul shot like a normal person.

Nothing else happened this week in history? Even on Sunday, which is within the coverage of this newsletter?

I know you weren't there to observe it personally, having not been born yet, but that is the nature of most history.

Anything?

If you notice, I have been highlighting historical events that have major anniversaries, ones that end in zero or five.

There is a truly great event happening on Sunday, and we shall highlight it next year!

Ah. I guess I will have to maintain my subscription until the right anniversary occurs.

That is an interesting business model, maintaining a captive audience for years. Of course, it is better than planned obsolescence, which is so common these days.

I don't have the resources to update everyone on major events regularly, like other historic sites. My niche is to do series, ranking stuff, answer questions, and highlight big anniversaries.

I didn't speak on Pearl Harbor last year when December 7 rolled around. I did a long piece on it in2021, and it doesn't make sense to do it again.

But what I can do, is at some point rank the important battles of the Pacific theater at some point.

Endless possibilities!
