The BAA briefly had a team located in Toronto before it folded. The Toronto Raptors have been in the league since the mid-1990s, while the Memphis Grizzlies were originally located in Vancouver.

One if the funny thjngs about the expansion in the nba is how vancouver lost a team so quickly. Its really a shame.
But the nba has plenty of smaller cities and its grewt to see tiwns that could win big time championships.
